Conditions of use ot the site
The User agrees to use the Website in a correct manner, including its content, in accordance with the Law and the present Legal Notice. The User will be liable before PLF GLOBAL for any harm and damages that could be caused as a consequence of the breach of this obligation.

Of the quality of the service
The access to the Website does not imply and obligation on PLF GLOBAL ´s part of controlling the absence of viruses, worms or other harmful element that could damage the User or cause harm or computing alterations. The User should have the adequate tools to be able to detect and disinfect harmful computing programs.
PLF GLOBAL will not be liable, in any event, for the damage and harm that said elements could cause to the User or third parties.
Of the availability of the service
PLF GLOBAL cannot guarantee the availability of the service in those cases where there is failure or disconnection in the communications network that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Website during the performance of the service.
The access to the Website requires the services and supply of third parties including the transport through communication networks of which the reliability, quality, continuity and operation cannot be controlled by PLF GLOBAL. Therefore, the services provided through the Website can be cancelled, suspended or inaccessible, prior to or at a simultaneous moment of the performance of the service.

The Website contains links to other pages and sites in Internet. PLF GLOBAL is not responsible for the content of the websites of third parties and will only be responsible of those contents and services supplied in the linked sites, to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the unlawfulness of the content and has not deactivated the link with the diligence that is due.
PLF GLOBAL does not know the content and services of the linked sites, therefore PLF GLOBAL is not liable for the harm produced by the unlawfulness, quality, outdatedness, non-availability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Web sites of third parties with links in the Site, nor for any other damage that could not be directly attributed to PLF GLOBAL.
